What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom printed boxes?+
Due to the setup costs of our high-speed offset and flexo printing presses, our minimum order quantity starts at 2,000 units for standard logistics boxes and 5,000 units for custom die-cut e-commerce mailers.
Do you export packaging outside of Turkey?+
Yes, we are a established manufacturer. We export to over 40 countries, with extensive overland TIR logistics to Europe (4-9 days) and deep-sea container shipping worldwide from Istanbul and Izmir ports.
Are European buyers subject to import taxes when buying from you?+
No. Thanks to the EU-Turkey Customs Union agreement, we issue an A.TR Movement Certificate for all shipments to European Union member states. This guarantees exactly 0% import duty upon customs clearance.
Do you charge extra for printing plates (cliches) and die-cut molds?+
For initial orders, standard industry tooling costs for custom printing plates and wooden die-cut molds apply. However, these are one-time investments. We store your molds securely for all future repeat manufacturing runs at zero additional tooling cost.
